Equilibrium and Catalysts

If a catalyst is introduced to a chemical reaction at equilibrium, there will be no change in the equilibrium position. This is because a catalyst will increase the rates of forward and reverse reaction equally. As such, there will be no observable changes to the system and the concentration of reactants and products will remain unchanged.
