Project Management (U1)
Applied IT (Year 11)
Criteria Required to Evaluate a Digital Product/Solution
Evaluation criteria will mainly revolve around the functionality of the product/solution and whether it operates as intended, including consideration of usability/user friendliness, readability, consistency, layout, choice of graphics and content relevance. Conducting user surveys and/or requesting client feedback are good ways to collect opinions and determine whether those criteria have been met.
Other criteria to consider could include:
Cost – whether the project was completed under budget and if not, what areas led to over expenditure.
Time – whether the project was completed within the given time frame and if not, what caused the delay.
