The use of WACE is purely for educational uses only and does not represent any legal, financial or other types of advice - if you require professional advice, please contact a registered advisor.

All notes, practice papers and tuition on this website reflect the best of their ability the interpretation of the WACE syllabus but make no guarantees that these materials are accurate. By using this website, you use the information at your own risk which could mean the use of false and incorrect information.

The ATAR Survival Guide does not take any liability if the information presented in practice papers (which includes practice tests and exams) and WACE notes do not reflect the WACE syllabus

You must not republish any notes unless you have written permission from Elucidate Education Ltd or it is within the guidelines of the Copyright Act 1968 (e.g. for the purposes of education)

Elucidate takes no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to other users' comments. However, we aim to moderate the comments section on the site where possible.
Paid Products & Services

Elucidate reserves the right to change the prices of products and services featured on this site at any given time.

Elucidate reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions or orders, if necessary. Full refunds will be given if the reschedules are not appropriate for the customer.

Elucidate acknowledges that the terms of use do not breach your consumer rights - if you believe your consumer rights have been breached when purchasing a product or using a service you are entitled to a full refund - to request a refund, please fill in this form

There are no refunds given to customers after services or goods that have been completed unless services have breached consumer rights

Elucidate does not take any responsibility for any damages that could occur from attendance of tuition sessions or from viruses, malware or other programs transferred from digital downloads - although appropriate steps will be taken place to prevent such damages
Practice Papers

Practice papers can be freely shared for all non-commercial use. We encourage sharing of our downloadable content for educational purposes, including uploading on school intranets.
Refund Policy

We offer refunds only to products that are faulty or are not as described - in line with your rights under the Australian consumer law.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or use.
